After having gained over 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management in the Human Resource industry throughout China and the Asia Pacific Region, Jackie Wong founded JW Grace Consulting.
Jackie holds an MBA degree from the University of North Alabama, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, English as well as German.

Focuses on the recruitment of middle to senior level management positions for FMCG industry. She is also a postgraduate. Her academic research interests focuses on economy develoment. Before entering JW Grace, she worked in the HR Department in an International company, in charge of the whole recruiting procedure.

Jan is specialized in recruiting candidates for the game industry. He has a profound knowledge of the game industry and its technologies. He studied industrial & organizational psychology at the Univeristy of Zürich. Not only does he work with the game industry but also does he like to play games on various platforms when he has time.

Her academic research interest is centered round translation studies. Before joining JW Grace, Chris has had more than 10 years’ work experience with both national and international institutions.

Egbert is specialized recruitment in IT industry. He has over 9 years experience in IT, and Hospitality Industry in Europe and China. Egbert speaks fluent Dutch, English, German and Chinese.

Dana is specialized in recruiting candidates for the insurance industry. She holds a Master degree in Modern Chinese Studies and Economics. She has a profound knowledge of the insurance industry in China and abroad. Not only did she work with the insurance industry in Germany and China, but also held HR Manager positions in several industries. Before joining JW Grace, Dana was responsible for the HR Management of the German Pavilion at the Expo Shanghai 2010. Dana speaks German, English and Chinese fluently.

As an Executive Recruiting Consultant in JW Grace based in Netherlands, Viviane focuses on the recruitment of middle to senior level management positions as well as senior technical talents for industries of Energy and IT. She is a graduate from South East University. Before joining JW Grace, she worked as a Commercial Coordination Manager in a multi-enterprise for 10 years.
