Responsibilities:
The Researcher will execute customized senior executive search strategies in close collaboration with the consultant in charge of the search assignment, ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
•Develop target lists and identify and source qualified candidates through cold calls
•Contact potential candidates professionally and intelligently by phone, introduce the specific opportunity, interest the potential candidate sufficiently to get more information about his/her background and assess the qualifications of the candidate against position specifications.
•Schedule qualified candidates on agenda of the consultant for face-to-face interviews and be responsible for candidate follow-up during the further process
•Enter and maintain accurate and current notes in the database which tracks engagement and candidate activity and progress.
•Draft relevant documentation, including confidential candidate reports and search progress/status reports on a regular basis
•Participate in ongoing efforts to identify new methodologies and procedures that enhance the search process
•Contribute to effective business development for the office by securing repeat business through superb execution of the current assignments
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in HR Related field is preferred
-Ideally working experience in HR industry and optimally posses previous working experience from within a professional services firm
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin, as well as good telephone manners
-Experience with and high degree of comfort in making cold calls and communicating with senior level executives
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
-Experience working in a team environment, able to partner with colleagues on a project basis while also working independently
