Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the entire R&D of both Shanghai and Nanjing studios.
• Maintain a strong and smooth communication with development teams (especially programmers and artists) .
• Strong understanding of Project Management practices and principles.
• Optimizing game production by setting goals and guidelines and managing work flow based on business targets
• Drafting planning and progress reports and maintaining and managing the department budget
• Manage the development process to ensure timely delivery of high quality products
• Own and facilitate the communications between clients, Development Team, and management.
• Controlling and analyzing the performance of produced games
• Maintain a good relationship with current client, enlarge the existing business.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
• A relevant Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years IT management experience, preferably with gaming industry background;
• Strong interpersonal skills, a good communicator
• Has an innovative, creative, and problem-solving mentality
• Solid oral and written communication skills in English
• Possesses passion, energy, enthusiasm to drive results
