Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the assigned product portfolio.
- Marketing strategy, action& implementation for assigned products.
- Leads marketing and sales team, ensures that team is competent and vacancies are filled within a
reasonable period.
- Budget control.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical or Bio-Science, MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years in marketing and/ or sales management in derma-cosmetic industry.
- Experience in modern trade/channel management, Beauty Advisor management is preferred.
- Good presentation and oral communication skills.
- Proactive with strong leadership and able to inspire and direct staff.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
