Responsibilities:
- Quickly identify and establish consulting relationships with doctors, physicians, executives at
pharmaceutical companies or medical device company, executives at medical associations,
professors, medical professionals best suited to consult on our highest priority client inquiries through
e-mail and telephone.
- Grow the Council Members by recruiting key thought leaders with leveraging lists, associations,
referrals and other relationships
- Interview prospective Council Members as needed and capture critical data for Council Member
profiles
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
- Bachelor’s degree, or above or medical degree
- Three to five years working experience in healthcare industry will be a plus.
- Some networks and personal relationships among medical community in Japan.
- Excellent communication skills over the telephone, e-mail, and in-person, in both Japanese and
English.
- Abilities to identify best match/solution of requests/questions, to manage cold calls, and to handle
increasing responsibility over time.
- Successful track record working in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and
attention to detail
