Responsibilities:
根据公司战略规划,参与编制、修订人力资源规划;
负责公司企业文化建设,负责建立畅通的沟通渠道;
根据公司的情况,组织制定公司招聘、培训、薪酬考核、人事档案管理等规章制度、实施细则和工作流程,并组织实施;
负责制定、修改公司机构设置和岗位职责设计方案,对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案。

Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
本科及以上学历;
具有较强的文字功底,思维清晰,反映敏捷;出色的计划性和执行力,良好的激励、沟通、协调能力;

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
熟悉人力资源管理的各主要模块,具有5年或以上同岗位经验;
对人才的发现与引进、组织与人员调整等具有丰富的实践经验;
受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法律法规、人才选拔等方面的培训;
熟悉企业的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道,熟悉各项人事、劳动政策法规。
