Responsibilities:
- 作为招聘小组的核心成员给予公司招聘计划的支持
- 领导并驱动整个招聘流程,不仅限于审查简历,面试和录用设计
- 与相关职能领导进行积极有效的工作,计划招聘策略、建立招聘机制并加以执行
- 监督招聘流程以保证目标的实现
- 负责公司内部员工的培训工作,并制定合理的培训方案
- 负责公司考核指标的建立,对员工的绩效进行评定
- 能够有效处理公司与员工,员工与员工之间的关系
- 员工薪资结构设计以及每年的预算工作
- 指导整个IT和网游行业的薪资水平研究工作

Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
- 至少5年相关工作经验,大型企业或组织人事管理工作经验
- 良好的计划与各项工作同时执行的能力,能够彻底了解招聘的流程
- 优秀的沟通能力
- 项目实施经验
- 良好的英语沟通与书写能力
- 积极的自我激励者,愿意在压力下工作
- 本科以上学历
