Responsibilities:
-Running the process with implementing of HR initials from both local and global management.
-Running the process with hiring of firing of employee.
-Follow up on performance results regarding HR.
-Develop and maintain high level of both employee satisfaction and low number of turn-over.
-Maintain all functions regarding HR on an administrative basis.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
University graduate (preferably in relevant HR discipline)
About 8 - 10 years relevant HR working experience in an internationally oriented companies, heavy machinery industry preferred People management experience。
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Good skills in both Mandarin and English.
On the personal level you have good communications skills, are structured in your way of working and focus on solving the problem by involving the people and organisation.
High focus on performance and reach the goals.
Service minded, flexible and with a high stress threshold
