Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual marketing strategy of products, build up and promote the awareness of product brands through effective marketing broadcasting.
2. Based on research and analyzing in games, propose innovative marketing methods,including online,traditional marketing activities,cooperation across industries, marketing alliance and etc.
3. Manage the marketing team, coordinate the allocation of resources and to ensure the consistency of the targets for different functional departments.
4. Communicate with business departments to ensure the consistency of targets.
5. Communicate externally with a fair, standardized operation, to achieve the best return on investment, according to the company strategic target
6. Effectively manage external relations and the relations with the major distributors, communicate with business partners, effectively supervise and evaluate the operation of partners’ marketing plan.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, E-business and relevant majors, graduate is preferred.
2. At least 8 years experience in marketing area.

1. Have in-depth understanding of players’ market behaviors, rich knowledge in game industry, able to predict and grasp the future development trend of the industry effectively.
2. Successful experience in marketing practice.
3. Keen awareness of the market, results-oriented, able to optimize product positioning and increase revenue.
4. Excellent team leadership skills, to achieve allocation of resources effectively.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
6. Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, PPT.
7. Excellent English skill, both oral and written.
