Responsibilities:
1. Participate in developing the annual target and market strategy, and separate into periodical targets and strategies.
2. Responsible for sourcing and assessment of traditional advertisements.
3. In charge of the planning, operation and effect assessment of offline activities according to marketing targets.
4. Lead/coordinate cross-functional resources to implement market project plans, cooperate with relevant functional departments, develop different kinds of product marketing plans with functional departments, such as media plan, web marketing plan, market research plan, channel plan etc.
5. Provide reports according to detailed data survey; to summarize and predict the market plan periodically; to develop market resource plan in time.
6. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the operation and efficient supervisor of the marketing plan.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, E-business and relevant majors, graduate is preferred.
2. 5 years relevant experience in marketing or brand management, familiar with the marketing tools.
3.Rich experience in FMCG industry.
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
1. Enthusiastic in games, who has experiences in game industry and familiar with game products is preferred.
2. Rich experiences in project management to ensure the efficient operation of the projects.
3. Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, solving and analyzing problems.
4. Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, PPT.
5. Excellent English skill, both oral and written.
