Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Manage one or more training projects, including planning, developing, implementing, following-up performance and updating. Details as follows:
1. Develop training programs and courses considering marketing needs and integrating various resources; In charge of necessary training materials, courseware, writing of Student handbook.
2 . Identify the appropriate training resources and teaching personnel according to training programs.
3 Offer training on corporate culture, business philosophy and professional skills for internal and external Lecturer
4 Carry out effective training evaluation system,collect all kinds of feedback, assist in development and implementation of improvement measures.
- Responsible for training, management, development and incentives of internal and external lecturer to ensure required teacher resources.
- Give lectures on marketing and management training.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
Bachelor degree or above, major in management, economics or professional education related;
4 years relevant working experience in training, particularly training planning experience, with good analytical and integration capabilities;
Professional training course design and development capability, excellent writing skills;
Fluent in English and Chinese; Good at Powerpoint;
Good organization and coordination ability , excellent communication skills and presentation skills;
Cheerful, can work under pressure.
