Responsibilities:
Department：Training Center
Report to：Product Training Manager
Subordinate：2~3
Responsibilities:
Design and compose the product training courses according to the company business development and training programs, communicate and cooperate with marketing department.
-Responsible for management of product training, including the demand research, training programs, curriculum implementation, results tracking, and manage the training of student records, etc.
-In charge of ACTI Campus and training of product instructors throughout China. Provide professional guidance and support for product training at all levels.
-Implement the product Lecturer classes, overseas training and national major training projects;
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above on medicine or nutrition
2.1to 3 years of clinical experience, training or education related experience;
3. Good communication, coordination, team management and leadership.
4. Fluent in Mandarin, CET-4 or above;
5.Familiar with MS Office software, especially Powerpoint
6. Cheerful, outgoing, willing to share, good communication skill.
