Responsibilities:
Management a finance’s team in China, and supervise the daily accounting
Develop financial process and improve working efficiency
Effectively control financial and exchange risks
Lead and prepare yearly budgeting and forecasting
Monitor and control the business expense and administration cost budgets
Communicate with finance department in HK
Consolidate and delivery of statutory and finance reports
Local tax and regulation compliance
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
Minimum 10 years practical experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years management experience in Multinational Trading companies
Familiar with export payment terms and international financial practice
Knowledge to do financial analysis to report to the board
Experience in ERP System implementation
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Related professional certificates, CPA is preferred
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership and management skill
Computer skill for Excel, PowerPoint and relevant financial system
Education
Bachelor degree or above, with major in finance & accounting
