In the final stage of our process, we consult with our clients to review top candidates and support the selection process. JW Grace frequently provides support in the negotiations between the clients and the candidates. Even after the position is filled, we conduct on going follow-ups with both the clients and the candidates to ensure success of the newly filled position.
